Mat Pilates

Weekly Group Classes

Mat Pilates classes are open to students of all levels of experience. Each class is designed to give students a gentle yet challenging full-body workout with an emphasis on core strength. The intimate class setting allows each student to receive individualized attention. Personal requests are encouraged, and questions and modifications are welcomed.
